Founding Software Engineer
Requirements
Candidates should have 2–8 years of full-stack or backend product engineering experience and a record of shipping end-to-end products, ideally for B2B or enterprise users. Experience with Python, TypeScript, React, and modern full-stack development is expected; familiarity with LLM systems or evaluation methods and strong customer communication skills are also sought.

Build and ship end-to-end full-stack product features, including systems that reconcile supplier terms with purchasing and invoice data. Help shape the company's product and technical direction, work directly with enterprise customers, and contribute to AI and LLM systems that identify discrepancies and generate savings.
About the role
About the Role Join an early-stage team building AI-powered software for enterprise procurement and supply chains. As a founding engineer, you will help shape the product and engineering direction while tackling complex data challenges that can improve how large organizations manage supplier spend. What You'll Do Build and ship full-stack product features end to end as a core member of the founding engineering team. Develop systems that reconcile negotiated supplier terms with purchasing and invoice data across large, inconsistent datasets. Make product and technical decisions that guide the company's early direction. Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their challenges and deliver useful solutions. Contribute to AI and LLM systems that help identify discrepancies and generate savings. What We're Looking For Two to eight years of full-stack software engineering experience, with backend or full-stack product engineering experience. A record of shipping end-to-end products, ideally for B2B customers or enterprise users. Experience with Python, TypeScript, React, and modern full-stack development. Familiarity with LLM systems, evaluation methods, or related frameworks is useful. Strong customer communication skills and interest in building an early-stage product from the ground up. Compensation & Benefits Base salary is $200,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. Location On-site in San Francisco, California, United States.
