All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, veteran status, or marital status. Job Purpose: We are seeking a high-performing, hyper-organized Brand & Creative Project Manager to turn creative chaos into structured, high-impact execution. Sitting at the intersection of product, branding and creative, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of campaigns, product launches, brand experiences and asset production, not as a schedule-tracker, but as a strategic partner who prioritizes effectively in a fast-moving environment. You know how ecommerce products launch, how cross-functional partners think, and how to turn a technical requirement into a brief that works company-wide. Our work spans several tools, teams and time zones. We need someone who can hold one true view across all of it: who knows where the source of truth sits, who can tell at a glance whether something is on track, and who makes sure a decision made in conversation today is still easy to find six months from now. You will be the first person in this seat. Our managers run day-to-day project management inside their own teams. You own the system they all work in, and you personally run the work that crosses them. Essential Responsibilities: Intake and governance Run intake. Receive, prioritize and route brand and creative requests, and hold the standard on what a complete brief looks like before work starts. Run the approval loop. Know who reviews what and by when, consolidate feedback into one round, and make sure decisions are recorded rather than remembered. Running the work Own the calendar of record. One view of every campaign, launch, event and deadline across brand, creative, website, social and copy, including ambassador programs, activations, retail and partner requests. Whatever is live, you know where it stands. Partner across functions. Keep work aligned with Product, Growth, Customer Experience, Sales and agency partners, across an organization that spans two continents. Run logistics, vendors and budget. Scheduling, samples, locations and talent in support of the teams leading the work, plus freelancers and production partners, with purchase orders and spend tracked against plan. Systems and scale Own the process, not every task. Each manager runs project management within their team. You design the process they work to, hold them to it, and step in on anything that crosses teams or has no owner. Own the asset library. Structure, naming and version control, so there is one obvious place for everything and one current version of each, findable by sales, retail partners, customer experience and the team in China without asking. Manage the asset lifecycle. Archive what’s dead, retire superseded versions, and make sure what ships is the approved version. Build workflows that survive you. Scalable processes, templates and training that help teams apply brand consistently without asking first. Use what you see in intake to turn recurring questions into guidance. Leadership support Run the meeting cadence. Build the agenda, chair the session, hold it to time, and circulate decisions and next steps to the teams acting on them, including meetings you attend on behalf of leadership. Support planning and organization. Scheduling, travel, expenses, meeting preparation and materials for leadership and company-wide sessions. Produce the standing report. Turn what’s happening across the department into a current, readable view for leadership, what shipped, what’s at risk, what needs a decision, on a regular rhythm rather than on request. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered. 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably within a creative agency, in-house marketing department, or DTC/e-commerce brand. Demonstrated experience managing multiple creative projects simultaneously from initial brief through final delivery. Experience coordinating designers, copywriters, video production teams, and marketing stakeholders. Proficiency with project management platforms such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar. Strong understanding of creative production workflows and approval processes. Ability to manage competing deadlines and shifting business priorities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to identify bottlenecks, resolve scheduling conflicts, and maintain project accountability. Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, email, paid advertising, websites, and e-commerce. Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization. Preferred qualifications Previous experience with a consumer brand or DTC e-commerce company. Experience coordinating product launches, seasonal campaigns, and photo/video production. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and creative asset management systems. PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification.
