Product Designer
Requirements
Candidates must have 4+ years of product or UX design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped work. Proficiency in Figma and experience in fintech or regulated environments are highly preferred.
Responsibilities
The Product Designer will own the design of non-core product flows and partner-facing interfaces while contributing to the design system. They will also manage usability testing logistics and ensure clean handoffs to engineering for implementation.
About the role
The Opportunity JuiceX is hiring a Product Designer to join our product design team and expand our design capacity as the company scales. Reporting to the Head of Product Design, you will own design for partner facing work and our non core product flows, including onboarding, funding, account settings, notifications, and support, while the design lead focuses on the core trading experience. You will also support the usability testing process, managing research logistics and contributing to synthesis. Professional Experience Product design experience across web and mobile, ideally in fintech, trading, payments, or another product heavy environment Designing on products where real money moves, where getting a flow right carries real financial stakes Designing end to end flows, from onboarding and funding to settings and notifications, including error, empty, and edge states Working within and contributing to a design system and component library Translating partner or stakeholder requirements into designs that hold to brand and system standards Supporting or running usability testing, including recruiting, moderating, and synthesizing findings Clean handoff to engineering, with specs, assets, and design QA of what ships Qualifications 4+ years in product design or UX design, with a portfolio of shipped work Strong command of Figma, along with AI tools and workflows for prototyping and research synthesis Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces Comfort owning flows independently while collaborating with a lead designer Familiarity with usability testing and translating research into design decisions Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to work across Product, Engineering, and partner teams Preferred: experience in fintech, trading, payments, or a regulated environment Preferred: experience designing for partners or for white label or embedded products Preferred: UX research skills, including study design and synthesis Position Responsibilities Design partner facing work, translating partner requirements into interfaces that hold to JuiceX's brand and design system Own the design of non core product flows, including onboarding, identity, funding, account settings, notifications, and support Design for error, empty, and edge states, and for responsive web and mobile Contribute to and help maintain the design system and component library, keeping parity between design and code Support the usability testing loop, including recruiting and scheduling participants, preparing scripts, moderating or note taking, and synthesizing findings Hand off clean specs and assets to engineering and QA the result against the design Route designs that touch contracts, probabilities, risk, disclosures, or other regulated content through compliance review Partner with the Head of Product Design, Product, and Engineering to keep the product coherent as it grows
