Requirements

The AI/ML Engineer will lead the design and implementation of advanced AI solutions, including generative models and deep learning systems. Project Role : AI / ML Engineer Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing. Must have skills : Large Language Models (LLMs) Good to have skills : Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires integrating generative AI models into solutions, ensuring that applications are production-ready whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises. Daily activities may include working on diverse AI domains such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image processing, collaborating with various teams to deliver robust and scalable AI-driven products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the design and implementation of AI solutions that meet organizational goals and technical requirements. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of AI components within larger systems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture. - Strong knowledge of AI model deployment pipelines including cloud and on-premises environments. - Experience in applying generative AI models to real-world applications. - Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures. - Ability to develop and optimize AI-driven solutions such as chatbots and image processing systems.
